Hunks & Thunder - Campaign from 28.5. to 19.6. 2009
The campaign and related prizes are organized by Uniq – Entertainment Agency Ltd. The winner of the draw will be informed in person. The draw cannot be disputed. An unused prize cannot be replaced nor can it be exchanged for money.
The draw will be taken from all the people who have participated in the competition by 19.06.2009. 4 VIP passes to the Hot’n’Cold tour to one tour location of the winner’s choice. The prize cannot be exchanged for money.
Participation
Campaign participants are everyone that has participated by e-mail, social media (eg. Facebook) or via the internet campaign website. Marketing permission is not required to participate in the competition. The competition is open to people who reside in Finland. The winner will be informed in person and their name can be publicized.
Entering the competition is free. The competition is entered by giving your own name and your own e-mail address. Each person can enter the competition with only 1 e-mail address. A person may invite friends to join the competition by sending the e-mail invitation or inviting through a social media site (e.g. Facebook). The person who sends the invitation is responsible for who they send the invitation to. The authenticity of the e-mail address is up to the person participating. The invitation must respect personal privacy, nor can the participant invite people they do not know. If someone invites a person who turns out to be unknown to the recipient, the invitee can be excluded from the competition.
The people participating in the competition agree that their e-mail address and information can be used in issues relating to the campaign, as well, if agreed, as future contact from the campaign organizer. Contact or personal information will not be given forward. A participant can inform the campaign organizer at any point if they wish to be removed from the campaign organizer’s registry by sending an email to contact@scandinavianhunks.com or by post to Uniq Entertainment Agency Ltd, Pietarinkatu 5c54, 00140 Helsinki.
Removal of the information from the system may take 2 weeks. If the person wants to participate in the campaign but does not want to give marketing permission, they will not be approached after the competition. Information that the competition has ended can be sent to all the people who participate in the competition.
During the campaign all participants may receive via e-mail information relating to the campaign. If a person invited to the campaign via e-mail does not participate in the campaign, the campaign organizer cannot give any information to the prospective participant or approach these people in person during the campaign time. The competition also be entered via postcard if the postcard is sent by 19.06.2009 to the address Uniq Entertainment Agency Ltd, Pietarinkatu 5C54, 00140 Helsinki.
The last day to participate in the competition is 19.6.2009 unless otherwise specified. The campaign can also be terminated prior to the set date and the final date of participation can be moved to a later date. The draw will be held by 30.6.2009. The winners of the draw may be published. In addition, the winners can be informed in person by e-mail.
Information about the use of the campaign page can be gathered and analyzed so that the campaign can be developed in the future.
The campaign organizer is responsible for the content of the campaign. The campaign organizer and the campaign technical production is not responsible for problems relating to third party issues, such as internet connection network operations or actions in social media (e.g. Facebook) or other technical changes or use interruptions, or the participant’s security issues relating to virus protection or firewalls, intentional or unintentional user disruption or the damages as a result of these actions or misuse.
These campaign rules apply to all participants. By participating in this competition the participant agrees to abide by the campaign rules and decision(s) of the organizer. The organizer maintains the right to change the competition regulations. In case of possible misunderstanding or need for clarification, the application and interpretation of the campaign rules will be decided by the organizer.
